Frank and the crew from Stratton Termite & Roofing are excellent. We've used them multiple times for termite fumigation, and just recently worked with them to get some gutters installed. You won't go wrong with these guys!

Frank resolved the problem we had after S&S Premier damaged our gutter - he remedied the damage done. I wouldn't say we had a great experience, but that was also due to the company that did the actual tenting (S&S Premier). Frank stuck to his word about repairing the damages and was clear that he wanted to help.

We have 6 bids from different termite companies around Los Angeles and Orange County and Stratton gave the best pricing. Our house is a multi-property consisting of 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with a detached ADU. Frank (the owner of Stratton) and Frank Jr (soon to inherit the company...) came to my house, they did the usual walk through on my house, they are the sixth company so I am already aware of the termite activity and have a clear idea on what needs to be done on our property regarding treatment and fumigation. It will just come down to cost. As most companies will use the same chemicals for treatment and fumigation as directed and approved by the state. Frank is a straight forward guy, no BS, he will explain everything to the homeowner and will simplify things, it means that he will tell you the best treatment possible and save you money. In our case the whole perimeter of the house do not need drilling on the ground, the treatment was only done on the affected areas, but the whole property was tented and fumigated. Scheduling was also perfect, Frank communicated the schedule as we rented an airbnb during fumigation, the work was done based on the schedule, no delays, no hiccups. Frank was always there every step of the way. He supervised all the treatment, if he can't make it, Frank Jr was there to make sure everything is ok. The tent guys were also good, they are careful when they placed the tent. Overall I am very satisfied and would recommend Stratton Termites and Roofing Solutions in terms of professionalism, pricing, modern equipment, execution of schedule, and good business practice.

Frank communicated promptly and fixed a small leak on my roof for a great price. So far it has held up in the rain.

Work performed: 2/1/2024 spot treat termite in an indoor wood beam in my family room. In addition he contacted me the following day to check in and make sure I was happy with results and emphasize their warranty. I needed a termite guy for one of my clients who needed termite clearance in order to be able to get a loan on their home in escrow. Frank responded very quickly. They came out to the home for a free inspection, provided a report same day and the property in fact needed a lot of work. He gave a reasonable quote and did the work within a few days. Frank from Stratton is truly an honest and highly skilled termite and roofing company. He gave me a true and honest opinion of the property's condition. He was truly honest stating the condition of the property. Specifically that there was no termite issues, and the property just needed a minor tune up. Of course he could have tried to upsell me into this that, but no honest and very reasonable quote. I will always recommend him, and continue to do much business with him in the future.

Just finished tenting and roof repair with Frank and Stratton. As we all know, house maintenance is almost always a nightmare and surprisingly this was a very pleasant experience. I didn't have to babysit Frank and his team or contact them at all during the process. Frank was in constant communication with me.
